Update
Paul Gage has now produced the right size urethanes for these so I have bought some. They have transformed the cars, and I now have a nice pair of raceable NASCARs. Apart from changing the tyres I have left them completely box standard and they will lap quite happily around the 6 second mark which is perfectly acceptable on my track. They have no major vices but you do have to brake quite early as they are big heavy cars which take a while to slow down.
The only real downside is that Paul Gage is in Canada, with no European distributor, so the shipping costs more than the tyres!
