We've been using SmartRace for Scalextric ARC at WHO public events since the app was released. I do find it a lot more user-friendly than the Magic app - and it looks great too. The feedback is very positive from the groups who used Magic in previous years and then SmartRace in 2025.
At the moment we just use the basic pay-once, no-frills version (which is occasionally offered free). That has everything we need to run a fuel-simulation endurance race almost identical to the Magic set-up in this thread. There are various add-ons / in-app purchases for more features, such as a weather / tyre change simulation. All the add-ons are bundled for a monthly or annual subscription. I was thinking of writing up some of our simulations for RCS64 and SmartRace, so this is a useful nudge!
