I build in very much a minority scale, 1/43.

When I want to promote an event such as a proxy, I put it on 3 or 4 Forums, so that people can, if pointed in the right direction, refer back to the rules and regulations of the event at any time.

When I want to encourage people to discuss and/or take part in said event, I use Facebook.

Without these ways of communicating, my hobby would not exist.
