Well, my first visit to Mussel Bay for several years, mainly because it is now in the middle of nowhere down a godawful narrow country lane. My night vision is not great and getting worse so it is no fun driving there.
Nice to pay a visit but my club driving skills were decidedly rusty and it took a couple of heats, not a couple of laps, to get the hang of braking at the end of a 30ft straight again. Glad to round the evening off with a win and a 2nd place though, just about getting back into my stride by the end of the racing.
Great to meet up with everybody again. My thanks to Tel for the lift and loan of a couple of well sorted cars.
