[Graham]

Hi Graham, what about cars from 1965?

Class A...does 'modified' allow for a motor pod or do cars in that class have to have a one piece chassis?

which car are you referring to ?

Class A cars can use original chassis supplied with the original RTR model, 3d chassis with or without motor pods, and universal Chassis (ie HRS type)

1. Alpine A110, Abarth 1000, Maserati Tipo 65

2. Thanks, fully cleared up

The Abarth 1000SP and Maserati Tipo 65 were both prototype cars, so would be allowed into the Interseries Class.

The Alpine A110 was produced between 1963- 1975 as a road car, so it depends on the model year you are presenting ? If it is indeed the 1965 LM version then it would be OK in the Le mans Classic Class. If it is more like the 1973 Tour De France version with the wide wheel arches, I would only permit it in the Production & Group 5 Sports cars class from 1975.
