Some movement....
First added the Tv Tower - removed plastic base and fitted to holes in plaster for more convincing look. Then I plastered the large cracks in the track - this is a test, as I will sand and then paint. If it works and does not interfere with the slots and/or cars going over it, might do elsewhere - or will have to remove it it crumbles etc.
I will be making some of the iconic scaffolding stands on this side of the track - they were all over the track in the sixties and 70's - would never pass health and safety now of course
Then have added more rocks. Have also bought an acrylic set of paints to mix colours for the rock/ground work. Was not happy with current results - so now I can mix and match to get better accuracy. I will be doing this side of the track as it would ahve looked in Autumn -yellow/brown. The other side will be spring - so greener with a couple of trees.
Messy at present but will paint up tomorrow - thought you might want to see the additions.
