What happened to the good old days? This was my "road warrior" back in the early 70's. She was a beauty.
Keep in mind there were a lot less cars and bikes on the road back then.
I live in Toronto, Canada. A small fishing village of about 6.2 million people. I'm the 4th igloo on the left. I have been hearing promises of new highways in the Toronto area for 30+ years. The latest politician voted into office finally admitted that there isn't enough real estate, and hasn't been since the 50's. There are no new areas within the city to put new highways? Duh! They just figured that out now?
At least Toronto has new bicycle lanes opening up all across the city. Plus 17-km of dedicated paved bike trails around the city.
Make sure you have a dash-cam for when that day comes when someone jumps in front of you. It's always best to let the facts speak for themselves.
