Take one 3D resin printed 1939 Mercedes W165 (Voiturette), modify a good working chassis design and you get a super competitive little track burner.

1/32 Mercedes W165, 3D resin blend, CF-PETG chassis, ballraced rear axle, Scaley green slimline motor, PCS tyres and wheels.

This is built to CSCRA regs, 2mm ground clearance, 5mm wide front tyres 19mm dia, 7mm wide rears tyres 21.5mm dia, 50mm wide across the tyre walls.

The original 'flexy' chassis was OK but nothing special on track but the Lotus 24 chassis works like a dream but I could see improvements.

I've recently picked up my first R chassis, a Viper, and I'm trying to get it dialed in nicely.
Despite being reasonably quick the gear mesh sounds like trash no matter what I do, so I'm looking to replace the stock AW gears. Can anyone advise what gears will fit- I saw a mention of slot.it? Or are there any mis-matched sets you can recommend?

Or am I better off swapping out to a slot.it pod?
